Kyrgyz numbers 1 to 10: бир (1), эки (2), үч (3), төрт (4), беш (5), алты (6), жети (7), сегиз (8), тогуз (9), он (10). Counting continues without exceptions: он бир is eleven, жыйырма twenty, жүз a hundred, миң a thousand. Every ten up to a hundred is below, with audio.
Note үч and төрт: they contain the rounded vowels ү and ө — lips pushed forward. Vowel length matters too: жүз (“hundred”) has a single vowel. Kyrgyz counting is fully regular — learn ten words and you can say any number.
Он бир is eleven (literally “ten one”), жыйырма is twenty. It continues the same way: жыйырма бир is twenty-one.
Жүз is a hundred, миң is a thousand. Nineteen hundred is миң тогуз жүз.
The numeral itself does not, but the noun after it stays singular: эки китеп means “two books” (literally “two book”).
